Knowing our client, not only his business, but his psychology, his environment and challenges helps us find the best solution, the one most satisfactory for the client apart from the most valuable. In that process, we advise our clients what we consider to be the right as well as possible, and we personally involve ourselves in developing the proposed transaction

Efficiency

Before accepting a mandate, we examine ourselves on our confidence and capacities to succeed and therefore its feasibility. This is why Arcadia’s success ratio is very high.

Honesty

We take part, we give our sincere opinion, but we never prioritize our compensation schema over the likelihood of closing a transaction. That does not give long-term benefits. We explain very clearly, before we are awarded with a mandate, our opinion on the feasibility of the transaction (prices, time, other conditions).
